About MedHireo

MedHireo is an end-to-end healthcare staffing platform connecting hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, individual families, and verified healthcare professionals for temporary, permanent, emergency, and home healthcare staffing — including home nursing, caregiving, elder care, and physiotherapy.

MedHireo acts as a technology platform that facilitates staffing. It does not provide medical treatment or healthcare services directly.

Eligibility

To use MedHireo, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  3. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Healthcare professionals must hold all qualifications, licenses, and registrations required for their profession.

User Accounts

You're responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  2. Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
  3. All activity carried out through your account.

MedHireo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Services

MedHireo enables users to:

  1. Search and hire verified healthcare professionals.
  2. Register as a healthcare professional and accept staffing assignments.
  3. Manage bookings and payments through the platform.
  4. Access staffing support and related services.

Availability of professionals depends on location, qualifications, and scheduling.

Verification of Medical Professionals

Healthcare professionals agree to provide accurate documentation for verification, including:

  1. Identity proof
  2. Educational certificates
  3. Professional licenses
  4. Medical council registrations (where applicable)
  5. Experience certificates
  6. Any other documents requested by MedHireo

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Booking and Payments

Customers and healthcare organizations agree to:

  1. Provide accurate staffing requirements.
  2. Pay applicable service charges before or as agreed.
  3. Use only approved payment methods.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by MedHireo's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the booking and the circumstances of the cancellation.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  1. Submit false or misleading information.
  2. Impersonate another person or organization.
  3. Misuse the platform.
  4. Engage in fraudulent activities.
  5. Harass or abuse healthcare professionals, hospitals, customers, or other users.
  6. Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code.
  7. Attempt unauthorized access to MedHireo's systems.

Responsibilities of Hospitals and Customers

Hospitals and customers agree to:

  1. Provide a safe working environment.
  2. Treat healthcare professionals respectfully.
  3. Ensure accurate job descriptions and requirements.
  4. Pay applicable fees on time.
  5. Report any service-related concerns promptly.

Responsibilities of Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals agree to:

  1. Maintain valid professional qualifications and licenses.
  2. Deliver services professionally and ethically.
  3. Arrive on time for confirmed assignments.
  4. Follow applicable medical and legal standards.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality.
  6. Notify MedHireo promptly if unable to attend an assignment.

Limitation of Liability

MedHireo provides a platform that facilitates connections between users and healthcare professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedHireo is not liable for:

  1. Medical outcomes.
  2. Clinical decisions.
  3. Treatment results.
  4. Losses arising from the actions of hospitals, customers, or healthcare professionals.
  5. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  6. Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on MedHireo — including logos, branding, website design, software, graphics, text, and images — is the property of MedHireo or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of MedHireo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Suspension and Termination

MedHireo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

  1. Violates these Terms.
  2. Provides false information.
  3. Engages in fraudulent activities.
  4. Misuses the platform.
  5. Violates applicable laws.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Force Majeure

MedHireo is not responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet failures, government actions, war, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where MedHireo's registered office is located.
